The very first batch of vacancy GIFs was a great success. They were eye-catching, short, powerful, and embraced the unique style of TNC. In fact, they were so successful that they were shown to the target audience so often that it led to oversaturation. Therefore, the challenge is to come up with new vacancy GIFs that remain recognizable for The New Crew but bring a fresh new look.

MOVE-ING VACANCIES

This approach focuses on capturing authentic employees. It uses rapid burst photography and movements from both the photographer and the employee to capture energetic poses, which are then enhanced with graphic elements. The lighting in the photo studio is used to create an extra powerful effect, giving the photos an added punch.
